RusPA81 New member Apr 19, 2003 #1 Today I set a new PR. One that I am quite proud of. After being on my first ever diet, I went down a notch on my squat belt today. I am so happy. Who would of thought that by stopping eating potatos and rice at 2:00 AM I would lose fat. WOW.
