I'm working construction as a masonry laborer, and I was wondering How I should eat??
I work 12-13 hours a day, 5days a week....
I don't want to get fat, but I don't want to lose muscle...
I'm 6', 200lbs now.
I work so hard, I feel like eating a horse during lunch, but I'm not sure if that's the best thing for me...
what should I do?
