I just typed a long message here but accidentally closed out of it so this will be short. Well honestly I'm embarrassed to look at myself now, I feel I'm not in my body. Today I looked at myself in the mirror for a while and realize how bad I've become. I used to work out a lot, I took creatine and ate pretty much just tuna but then for about 2 years I didn't work out and ate like shit. Back then I went from 195 lb to 175 lb over a 2 month period and gained it all back in the years to come. A month ago I was at 204 lbs, now I'm at 187 lbs. I did the HIIT running routine twice and it killed me, I'll probably stick to that even though I avoid running usually for whatever reason. I've been working out a lot more with a regiment like:

Monday:

Chest - Bench Press 145 lb x however many sets (embarassing weight and I can't even do a full of 8 reps sometimes not close ) - I assume my bar weighs 15 lbs as I add 130 lbs to the bar itself. Today I worked out with 115 for 10 reps which is a joke and pathetic.

Back - Dumbbell Rows 60 lb 8 reps x 4 set

Tuesday:

Tricep - Skullcrusher 60 lb x 8 reps x 3 - 4 set

Biceps - Preacher curcl 80 lb x 8 reps x 3 - 4 set (if I'm lucky, used to be 110 for about the same I do of 80)

Thursday:
Shoulders - Dumbbell Raise
Abs - Situps (probably will do weighted)

Friday:
Legs - Hack Squats (hopefully. I didn't even get how to do it then again I tried with the ez curl bar which probably didn't help)

I've been eating terribly honestly. I have no real regiment, usually 2 - 3 meals a day. Chicken, turkey, egg whites. Some days I eat like 600 calories some days 1000 1200 the most really is 1400. I drink a lot of water usually, and eat before I work out. Today I did push ups, benched, did back and ate not much.

Well anyway at 187 right now I want to get to whatever weight gets all this fat off my body. On my chest, back, legs... I want to get all muscle and do whatever it takes. I have stretch marks on my stomach and sides from gaining so much weight. Please give me any advice as to what I can do to better myself and keep the weight off. I want to get big but in muscle, I really hate myself at this point.
 
seems like you need to work on your diet and training routine. check out my log, its pretty much what ive been following for a while. ill switch some exercises around and ill adjust portions of my food, but you get it. http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/m...dybuilding-journal/my-log-get-big-610059.html

this will give you an idea of meal ideas and workout routines. i workout 5-6 days a week, sometimes i do arms together, sometimes i give each its own day. whats your stats?
