I have done some cycles in the past but it's been about 3-4 years. So I guess to start I am 29, 6'3 and 245lbs with about 9% bodyfat.I have my diet in check, I will be cutting a few carbs and increasing my protein once I start taking the gear. I also have been lifting for 6 years or more. I have just had a bunch of gear giving to me for free so I thought why not. And yes it's from a good friend who wouldn't give me junk, he just has had some health issues. So I have sus 250, TestE 275, Anavar 25mg's, Winny 50mg's and an HG kit. Just wondered if anyone could make some suggestions as to the best way to run this. I will be reading up on it for sure just thought someone might have some insight for me.
