Week off from school bored as fuck. Tried to repair the stock subwoofer in my LS400 but the whole rubber/foam ring around the cone has completely disintegrated. Was gonna be a quick fix until I noticed what I needed to fix has turned to dust.

wide grip hooks/straps, pull downs... then low rows, then calf raises, then close grip pull down..
