when i was on a weight gaining spree i drank about 900 calories of just energy drinks(sugar mostly),took flax seed oil,ate lots of refined butter.i went from 127lbs to 180 lbs in about less than 6 months.sure i became a bit chunky but i never worried about it.when i decided to cut up i took the fat off in less than 2 months.most people are paranoid about gaining a bit of fat while bulking.nelson is right on the dot with what he said in this thread about gaining some fat along with muscle.
