Bingo. Thats right on the money.
GH causes the internal organs to grow(And the Pros use a LOT of GH), and these become so enlarged that they portrude.
Insulin does not cause it. Insulin will just increase fluid retention
in the peripheral limbs.
Feet, hands etc..
Shake a pros hand and you'll see what I mean. THeir hands normally goes "splooosh" when you shake it.

I tend to agree with the above two statements, I also believe that the large quanities of food eaten by bb's while on gh may contribute.
