Hi,
I just found some posts of your 5x5 routine, it looks good, I had a 5x5 routine before and now that I think of it, it was the best routine for strength I ever had. So I'll try your version of it now, but could you help me with two things first;
-Where can I find your original 5x5 post? I tried searching, but couldn't find it.
-Which one of these two splits would you prefer (cannot/will not train on weekends);
Monday: chest, biceps
Wednesday: legs&calves, triceps
Friday: back, shoulders
OR
Monday: chest, triceps
Wednesday: legs&calves, biceps
Friday: back, shoulders
I was thinking that maybe number 1 would be better because the biceps will get rest before the back day, so my biceps won't fail me when doing heavy rows on friday... but then again, option number 2 might give more growth/strength to triceps because they are heavily taxed with chest excersises as well. And I want a big bench and as we all know, strong tri's -> big bench.
Thanks a lot in advance!
