Several things:
1. Before you think you have a medical condition (as you think in your other thread on this exact same topic), I would have a medical professional (or two) actually check you out and verify this.
2. Not being a hater but wearing tight short and having terrible posture simply accentuate what you think to be a problem. In your pic, the right side image looks absolutely normal.
3. Again not trying to bash you, but as others have pointed out, your legs look very average and aren't really obviously out of proportion. I think you should combine several approaches - check the ego at the door and start the 5 x 5 program at the beginner level, diet and exercise seriously for an extended period of time taking pics with good posture, keep a daily nutrition/workout log. Let's say you do this for a month and see how you progress.
