need to replace deadlift and squat with something else for 5x5 strenght

Several things:

1. Before you think you have a medical condition (as you think in your other thread on this exact same topic), I would have a medical professional (or two) actually check you out and verify this.
2. Not being a hater but wearing tight short and having terrible posture simply accentuate what you think to be a problem. In your pic, the right side image looks absolutely normal.
3. Again not trying to bash you, but as others have pointed out, your legs look very average and aren't really obviously out of proportion. I think you should combine several approaches - check the ego at the door and start the 5 x 5 program at the beginner level, diet and exercise seriously for an extended period of time taking pics with good posture, keep a daily nutrition/workout log. Let's say you do this for a month and see how you progress.
 
I agree that when you're standing normally you don't look out of balance at all.

But having said that a good exercise to replace deads and squats with that will actually get you to stand up straight is front squats, get good at them and your posture will be fixed.
 
And also not trying to be a dick... But I highly doubt you are at your genetic limit bro... You can gain alot more than that naturally and you are probably at I'd estimate 15% bodyfat...

i cant do any more leg exercises. here is my workout and half of it is squat and deadlift. i need to know if i skip "deadlift and squat" what can i replace them with ?

Monday - Full-Body (2 Min Rest between sets):
Full Squats - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Snatch-Grip Deadlifts - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Bench Press - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Bent-Over Rows - 5 Sets x 5 Reps

Wednesday - Full Body (2 Min Rest between sets):
Deadlifts - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Front Squats - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Military Press - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Weighted Pullups - 5 Sets x 5 Reps


Friday - Full-Body (2 Min Rest between sets):
Full Squats - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Snatch-Grip Deadlifts - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Bench Press - 5 Sets x 5 Reps
Bent-Over Rows - 5 Sets x 5 Reps

i know i am asking crazy questions but its because i cant find any answers on internet. i do my research but nobody asked the things i asked

my problem of having a giant ass and over developed legs

GOOD SIDE : i practised taekwondo for more than 15 years . my legs have great endurance (can kick hours) and powerful. there are 4 machines in the gym and i can put the heaviest ones and my legs dont even get sore even after deadlifts and squats.

BAD SIDE: i am the opposite of chicken legs . my ass is more round than a brazilian model. its like a f.king basketball and it sticks out from my body like i am hiding a watermelon in my pants. it looks ugly as f.. and i cant find any comfortable jeans. I look like CENTARIUS below half of my body is twice more developed than upper so no matter how much muscle i get. i cant balance it.

QUESTION: i simply want to burn my ass and leg muscles . i want to keep the strenght but lose the mass and muscle size while remaining upper body. is there any way i can do it without harming my upper body muscles .
MY SOLUTION: my current solution is to work out legs everyday for 2 to 3 hours. eat like a horse . only overtrain legs. and train upper body 3 times a week like normal. would it work or would my legs get even stronger ? ( i did overtrain one day now my tendonds still hurts .3 hours intense squat deadlift and all kinds of leg exercise like running cycling kicking jumping)

stats: 24 years old. been lifting for 3 years. doing taekwondo and leg training (endurance power muscle) since 10 years old. doing 5x5 for 3 months.

Dude I'm sorry but this is ridiculous there is no exercise to replace deads and squats they are the 2 best test boosting exercises, and that kid Evan is right you are completely average if anyone is above average it's him dudes frikin dieseled
 
Kay bro I have to agree with most everybody else. Its not your leg and ass size, its your posture bro.
This is something that your gonna have to make yourself do.
When you are standing or walking or running you must make yourself "tall". Reach up with your head and roll you pelvis under from the back side. When your standing tall in your pic you look fine proportionally speaking.
Be assured that your legs and butt are not overdeveloped at all in any way. It is simply the way you carry yourself that needs to be changed.
 
thanks for advice everyone. i am happy i dont need to shrink any muscle. i did a research and my problem is called lordosis.as i read the main cause is lumbar erector muscle hip flexors are too strong while UPPER HAMS and LOW ABDOMİNAL is too weak. i wont do squat and deadlift since main problem is my back is too short and tight.i will stretch lumbar erector muscle hip flexors and STRENGTHEN UPPER HAMS and LOW ABDOMİNAL for some months and if it works i will continue to deadlift and squat. i am happy i can do those because i dont want the "sexy male model brad pitt body" i wanna look thick and strong and i dont care how attractive it looks. the reason i wear that short is simply because its the tightest thing i have which is my swimming short and i dont wear it unless i go to pool. i just wore it to show how the back and hip shape looks. thanks again it has been very helpful
 
Iam an inch taller than you and I weigh 101kg with 16% bf and iam not near my genetic potential so you have a way to go yet! As the others have said its down to your posture and your bf. train hard and eat clean and you will get where you want to
