Ive been lifting for a few years now, am 6 feet, 230 pounds with 12+/- bf. I have never really had a diet, just tried to eat well. My protein intake is fairly high, but i am confused as to what else I need to eat. I have read many posts on diets, but am unsure as to what to do. I want to keep my bf at its point or lower, with mininal muscle loss. Bascially what i am asking is if anyone has links to a good solid meal plan that they have followed and gotten good results while staying in shape. Thanks
