Need Some Advice

My main goal right now is to lose body fat but at the same time gain some muscle mass, I will be taking clenbuterol while I'm on my diet...

What are some good diets/meals/supplements I should be taking to obtain best/fast results?

What kind of excercises/routines should I be doing? Again, I want to lose body fat, and gain muscle mass.

I'm about 5'11" 230lbs, body fat is 22%, all I know is my biceps are close to 17" when I was going to the gym regularly.

Then, I would do carido for 15mins, go 7 days a week for about 2 hours and just focus on my arms, chest, shoulders, back and stomache, forearms. I just need to get back into the gym routine again, its been 5 months. :frown:

If you are asking for this kind of advice, why are you taking clen?

I think you need to do some serious reading around here on dieting and training, learn the basics (and more) before you add clenbuterol (or anything) to your program.
 
Yeah, I agree. I don't think you should be doing clen if your bf is that high, you should diet down at least to the mid teens before even thinking about clen.

Just get your TDEE and go from there. Drop like 15-20% below that. I like a 45% pro/25% carbs/30% fat diet when I want to cut fast but that's just me. Try it out and see what works for you, eat only good food, so no fast food or crap like that.

You can either cut, or bulk. Don't try to do both, it doesn't work that way unless you're on gear.

For working out I'd say you need more cardio. If you like working out 7 days a week awesome, but don't burn yourself out. That would kill me, but if you can do it tear it up man.

Well, I would suggest you run a modified CKD, a BodyOpus to be exact. The clen is something you don't need at 22% bodyfat.
