need some advice here

so ive been dieting for 4-5 months now and ve managed to get my bodyfat down to where i can see my abs, not craxy but i can see them...i cold contimue this cutting diet for another 6 weeks or so and get aslean as possible or start my off season gainer..my dilema is why keep cutting when i am going to try and gain this winter anyway! why risk losing the possible muscle? then part of me is like stick to the plan an get as lean as possible! im confused and need some of you guys opinions!!

thanks bros

cutting fat is great, cutting fat at the cost of loosing muscle sucks! Do you do body fat test? I do every 2 weeks now as I am cutting also. The funny thing is I am not loosing weight but my bf is dropping so I feel I am not loosing muscle. Of course I am doing a slow cut with a lot of low/high intensity cardio.
So I would say if your loosing muscle than why loose at all right before a gainer?

right...my plan is to evetually bulk no matter what, i want to be biggger so why am i killing mself to get down to 6-7%?? if im going to get back to 10-12% right after??

If you're not going to try and maintain the low bf, even for a short period of time, then I agree. Why bother. I would dedicate the extra time to bulking up then cut up when you actually want to STAY cut for a while.

Yo-Yo'ing with your weight is not good for you.
