Like i told you before,for a year and half i was hitting one bodypart each day,it increased my power but no muscle gain.Will you still recommend the same routine you wrote in the previous post?
Also is this routine fine
-- chest/lats on day1
-- bicep/tricep on day2
-- shoulder/legs on day 3
and then repeat this the next 3 days.Sat,Sun Rest
Should i buy some protein,as people in my gym say that it helps in recovery and hence increases muscle size,is that so?
After gym i work on my pc for about 5 hrs,and then sleep for about 5-6 hours.Am i giving my body proper rest?
