Here's what we have...
m-chest/tris
t-back/forearms
w-abs
r-legs
f-bis/shoulders
s-rest
s-rest

This has been working pretty well for me, but I recently did sprints on Thursday, and it was too much....
So, I need help with adding 2 days of sprints...
also - I do SLDL on back days, and Squats on Leg days... Is that the best idea?
