need help tweaking my routine

Here's what we have...


m-chest/tris
t-back/forearms
w-abs
r-legs
f-bis/shoulders
s-rest
s-rest
--

This has been working pretty well for me, but I recently did sprints on Thursday, and it was too much....

So, I need help with adding 2 days of sprints...

also - I do SLDL on back days, and Squats on Leg days... Is that the best idea?

other then that it looks fine, my split is similiar cept i joined back and legs for two days a week with one group being the dominant on each day

Yes... I'm doing two sprint days a week too. It doesn't seem to hurt leg day at all to do it a day before... but you sure don't want to do it a day after.

I also sometimes do sprints ON leg day prior to going to the gym. It doesn't seem to slow down my quad work.
