Need help putting together a routine

Looking to build mass and strength on cycle. There's so many different options I guess I'm asking for a little guidance.
My training history is mostly fight training (boxing, muay thai) on and off for 10 years and some resistance training. Nothing really solid.
I might be competing in a fight later this year but nothing guaranteed. So I plan on bulking now and see where I want to go from there.
Here's stats:

Age: 30
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185lbs
Bf: 17% according to handheld device tested multiple times

My equipment is as follows: weight bench with barbell, easy curl bar, leg extension and preacher curl setup, 280lbs of weight, 2 - 30lb dumbbells, 1 - 15lb dumbbell, 1 - 20lb dumbbell and 2 - dumbbells where you put on your own plates, and a heavybag outside. Aswell as waited vest.

Thanks for the help!!

I imagine with your fight skills you won't want that much bulk, and no doubt with all the cardio your doing it will be hard to gain weight. Give us some more info on your current training split. Are you still doing fight training, or do you want to focus on weights for while, a mix of the two? That will better help us work with you.

I'm kinda torn. As of late, my fight training has dipped down because the gym I was going to closed and I'm waiting until I move to the next town over in a few months or so to the fight gym out there that I have a contact in. So I guess right now I'm mainly focused on weights. But obviously as soon as I join that gym I will be sparring and everything so cardio will go back up. For now my routine has consisted of a split I guess. 4 days. I was doing chest on mondays, back on tuesdays, shoulders and forearms on Wednesday, Thursday legs and off Fri sat an sun. I work all day Fridays an Saturdays. After every lifting session I usually hit the heavybag for around 10 or 12 three minute rounds with 30 second rests. I was doing roadwork (running/sprinting) but I've developed tendonitis in my knee I think so I've eased off for now.
So basically, for now I'd like to put weight on so by the time I get back to fighting and drop bodyfat ill be bigger than I would be currently if I was to drop down. I wanna fight at 170 or perhaps 165lbs. It's different than it sounds tho. You can cut 10lbs of water weight or more before weighing in then rehydrating, so I won't be walking around at 165 or 170.
I'm rambling. Sorry. I also forgot to include I have a pullup bar too. All of these workouts will be at home. For now.

Oh and to answer you more specifically, no I don't want like a huge amount of bulk. Not like a bodybuilder. Definitely hinders to fight that big.
And I'd like incorporate a mix of the two. Fight training and weights but more weights for now.
