Anyone got advice on a routine break up . So that I increase my endurance and still keep up the gains. I have to prep for a bare knuckle competion .My normal calastenics training is taking away from my strength gains. That extra power with the strength at my height and weight is helpful.( I understand those who say it is wrong to compete this way but I have bills to pay like all of us do and these competions help financialy.) I know I have to sacrafice size when training cardio with weight training , but has anyone found a medium that has worked for them? Peace Tinnman
