OK i have been dieting slowly for the last 8 weeks...all has been going well....reason i was doing this was becasue this weekend i am going wiht the girlfriend on a boating trip with some of her friends....long story short things were going fine....not ripped but had definition in my abs...and obliques....arms were cut....chest and legs nice.....Here is my problem....on wed when i woke up I loked really smooth....my abs were gone....and now its thursday and still as bad. I havent changed anything...same portions and brands of foods i have eaten over the last 8 weeks???? please help me i have 2-3days to try and get them back....is there any "pre-contest" tricks out there to lean you out in the next couple days...I am pissed.....its not bloat....and not salt...I am drinking plnty of water....help!!!
