IF'ing ftw . ive been using if'ing when dieing for about 2 years and it makes fatloss and keeping muscle a doddle . what i do when dieting is 16/8 and after 16 hours fasting i do a 30/40 min fasted (5gbcaa) bike ride come home have 30g whey n 60g hi gi carbs and 20 mins later hit the iron for 70/90 mins then pwo another 60g hi gi carbs n 30g whey and the rest of the day just veg's for carbs and my last meal is pro + fat only.
