Need help designing a bulking diet

Hey. In 2 weeks I should be done with my cutting cycle, and I need help bulking up.
Yeah sure, go on the see-food diet.
The see food diet is nasty bros.
I need some food combinations that wont make me sick. I get sick easily if I eat for example

4 eggs
2 ww breads
2 packs oatmeal
500ml milk

I tried that recently and holy shit...its not good.
I have trouble with what goes good where.
I am 160lbs, 5´4´- my goals is 3360cals spread over 6 meals - not 7.

Does anyone have a premade diet that you have experience with and does not make you feel likeshit, and reaches this calorie amount?

*For post workout, all I can get is fruit juices, and whey, and actual fruits.

**Note, I cant get nonfat cottage cheese, and my powdered eggwhites taste like shit. Please subsititute.
 
The only really good way to reach high calorie counts is to add your own weight gain
shakes to your diet. Different combinations of milk, juice, fruit, proteins. I think that is key.
They can taste pretty good actually. But man will you fart.
 
I hate leaving things to chance, you see thats what makes me feel like shit. I will just eat things that obviously dont go together and in 5 mins im off to the shitter.

Please, anyone else?
*I want minimum junk food!
 
If your able to find a means by which to procure some blood for consumption, then i'm sure you have the capacity to design a diet for yourself. It's time to become a man.

Use these ingredients to make a diet, post it and we'll let ou know. Without sacrifice there is no success.

Chicken - boiled
Lean Mince - boiled
tuna - in water
cottage cheese - low fat
protein powder
skim milk

rice
bread - not white
sweet potatoe - you call them yams

Vegetables - steamed or microwaved
fruit - bananas, apples, anything

learn to cook all your meals first thing in the morning when you get up, then you set for the day.

See how you go.

Mic - i know what foods I should be eating, however I dont know how to combine them in a way that wont make me sick.

Should I upgrade the cals 300 by 300 every week? Cuz I think that is the problem- i just jumped into the diet and caused me to take 6 shits a day. What do you think?
 
Here are some meals:

Chicken Breast - add some red wine vinegar for flavour
Rice
Protein shake

tuna - add chilli sauce
rice

Cottage cheese
fruit
protein shake

toast
peanut butter
protein shake

lean mince vegies
rice
tom sauce

i don't know how many calories your on at the moment, but if your at 2000cals now
next week try 2500, week after 3000, then 3500 cals
see if that stops the old toilet rush. Because you have been dieting your body will have to adjust and you'll be doing the dunny dash a little more often, it can't be avoided. I shit 3-5 times a day every day any way, fuck you should the empty toilet rolls i've collected, i'm building a shed out the back with them.

Do what the pros do. EAT HAMBURGERS, FRIES, BIG MAC etc! And eat lots of protein.

THERE! And awesome bulking up diet for new muscles!
