I hope this is not a bs post and your not wasting my time. Let me begin by saying that at your current body weight + height you are not that fat (bottom line... period..you could only be holding so much fat with those stats). Along those lines, why are you letting some excess fat ruin your life. Some of my best friends that have terrible bodies are the coolest, biggest pimps I know. Confidence doesn't come from having a good body, it comes from having a sound mine and loving yourself no matter what your faults or shortcomings. As far as a diet that will help you shed fat while maintining/building muscle, I would do something like the following
Cardio 4-5 times per week for 40 minutes on an empty stomach at 75% mhr upon waking
Weight Traiing 3-4 times per week in the evening (post a workout plan so myself and others can critique)
Post Cardio consume a protein fat meal. Otherwise breakdown your diet to look something like this.
Meal 1
4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2
2 scoops whey
2 scoops All Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 3
Can Tuna
1 cup Brown Rice
Meal 5 (Post Work Out)
2 scoops whey
40 dextrose
Meal 6
Salad with Olive Oil, nuts and Chicken Breast
Meal 7 (Optional)
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese with 2 tbsp ANPB
or
40 g Casein Powder with 1 tbsp flax
Supplements
Creatine
Glutamine
Multivitmin
