For what? Your problems are far more complex then I can help you with. Sounds like you need to talk to a shrink, man. As for diet, find your matinence cal count, dump it 500 a day, high protien. For workout, wieghts, heavy and lots of them...cardio twice a week..

shrinks are a waste of time i already saw one, it did nothing. its pointless to talk to a shrink or to anyone because 99% of my fears/thoughts etcc are all fiction eminating from the enormous amounts of stress coming from the body fat which makes me look bad which leads to stress which leads to fictif thoughts and fears that i live in a bubble of fear paralyzed.

You have emotional issues. When you're on the ground, crying, and being people's slave cause they insult you....Your body fat has zero to do with it.. I hope you're fucking with me, cause I would not want anyone to live this way, you are describing..
