I'm in a weight loss contest with someone at work (Lose as much as you can in 60 days). The weigh-in is Thursday May 1st and I'm trying to find the best way to lose as much weight as I can by then. So fat I've lost 15 pounds but am still fat and can lose more. How can I cheat and lose lots of weight at the weigh-in time?
I drink a lot of water so maybe i can cut that out. I'm cycling ECA/NYC, taking r-ALA, watching my carbs, aerobics during lunch, weights after work.
