Need help adjusting my program to deal with my stress fracture.

Hi guys this is my first post on the internet so sorry if I brake any of the rules. Basically I was just looking for advice on my lifting program. I have been following Wendlers 5-3-1 and I think it's working great. The Sunday that just passed I decided to run a half-marathon with no running training at all. I finished in 2 hours 12 minutes but the next day the my foot hurt and the doc told me I had a stress fracture so I now I feel like an idiot. I should of known it was a bad idea to run 21 km without working up to it. So now I wear an "air-cast" full time and I can't dead-lift or squat for approximately the next month and a half. My dead-lift and squat days are separate. My other two days are bench-press and standing military press. My goal is to at least retain my squat and dead-lift numbers 245 and 295 lbs respectively and if possible actually continue increasing. This may be impossible I know. I am 5'11" and 200 lbs and am not on a cycle and never have been (not ready yet in my opinion). The only supplements I'm on are milk and blizzards from dairy queen.

An example of my dead-lift day would be.

Dead-lift
5 x 75 %
5 x 80 %
5 x 85 %
5 x 10 x 50 %

Hanging Leg Raises
5 x 10

I was thinking of changing it to;

Weighted Hyper-extension (Core Strength)
5 x 10

Weighted Sit-ups (Core Strength)
5 x 10

Hanging Leg Raises (Core Strength)
5 x 10

Barbell Curls (Grip)
3 x 10

Hammer Curls (Grip)
3 x 10

I normally never do curls. But I thought this would be a good time to give them a whirl.

What do you guys think?
