Got a slight problem with my squat right now. I am starting to have problem out of the hole/bucket. I know it is not my lower back since I dead some decent weight and can SLDL 275 for sets no prob. I think it might be my quads
.
So I was thinking of working on my front squats as a primary lift and some box squats as well...
Any suggestions???
Maybe I had a bad day but I want to prevent future imbalances
