Im male,16,5'11,weight 127.4lbs,8.2percent bodyfat.Im weak,new to lifting,fixing to start in a day or two.Been to training board got some good info so far and I am pretty skinny,so I want to bulk and gain strength.I wanna intake massive protein,good water,and back it with good supplementation.I am not looking for "fat" gains or water gains,my goal is muscle lbs,not just weight.I need some basic info like an example of what I should eat,and some no-nos, and mainly an example of a days meal.Im new to this so forgive me if I sound stupid.
