I read that stress can cause your body to lose muscle from cortisol, so if you are under a lot of stress you should do something about it. Do you think that certain foods also stress your mind and body out too or does it have more to do with your lifestyle and if you get upset over things.
 
yea some foods stress you out like sugar and grains like gluten stay away from those
