Disco, it really depends from day to day. Normally first thing in the morning I would use 2-3 scoops instead of the four. If it is a training day then I will have another serving of 2-3 scoops about 45 minutes after training. (I usally train around 4:00pm) If I am still hungary I will have another shake of 2-3 scoops an hour before bed. On non training days I have one in the morning and one before bed. As far as how much of the weight I gaines is fat and muscle, I really don't know. All I can say is my muscles look a little bigger and I am stronger. However, and I am being truthful I did add some weight to my stomach, probably the shake I have before I go to bed does that. However if your goal is to gain weight then try it. After you hvae gaines say 10 pounds then go on a fat burner or use some cutting gel and see what happens. Everyone is different and you really have to ry it for yourself and see what works for you.
