i just noticed that N-large is all whey protein.
which of these would b better for breakfast w\outmeal???
ive been taking triple threat for a while now. i only have 2\3 of the serving though.
should i use triple threat for breakfast-and nlarge for post workout??
or will the fat slow down the protien digestion.
if i dont use Nlarge post workout, and just use whey protien, what can i use to raise the carbs in my post workout shake.
i want to mix with gatorade, would dextrose, or honey still b neccesary.
and i usally always throw a banana in.
