mix one half sachet of vanilla myoplex with 10ounces milk.
shake or stir really well. then add your favorite cereal and chow away!!!

sooooooo good!

Have you guys ever mixed chocolate protein in with any of your stuff? It seems as though Vanilla is used for everything (which makes sense) but I like the chocolate flavored whey much better! I have yet to try to mix it with anything, for fear that it will clash horribly and be real gritty.

Thanks Hansel. By the way, Im going on the third week of the diet you laid out and Im loving it so far. I have dropped a significant amount of bodyfat so far, and I have ADDED weight to all my lifts in the process. I don't think Im as strict as I should be on it regarding counting calories and what not, but Im watching my carbs and consuming no more then the amount in the ratio, Im making sure they are good sources, and Im trying to time them effectively with little or no carbs in the evening. Im basically just eating healthy via your plan in that thread, and Im getting stronger and leaner. Can't thank you enough bro.

Cool man, Thanks for the feedback!

Its working well for me as also. My muscles look better and more full and I am also leaning out nicely. Pumps in the Gym are great and I am still allowing myself a couple of cheat meals per week(not that I need them)
When I was going really low carb my abs were so flat you couldnt see them, it sucked.

I remember Chris Peloquin saying that dropping to around 100grams of carb was all that was necessary to strip bodyfat and keep muscle, he was dead on with that statement.

Would you please post up a link to your diet, Hansel? Mine's been doing ok, but I've basically been following the same thing for 2 yrs (minor changes here and there) and could use some fresh ideas!

Thank you kindly, Sir! It's pretty much how I eat, but just as I figured, you've included a few things I normally dont. Gonna incorporate a few changes for a bit and see how things go. :)
