Dude, sorry you are being mentally and emotionally abused by your wife, she must be upset about something.
Forgive me bro, but...could she be having an affair? She is enjoying your begging and eating her pussy, it is giving her the power so to speak. It isn't fair to you, because she is not , in turn, submitting to you.
If no to the affair (and you are sure) then she has an emotional issue to deal with and you should seek counseling. DO NOT CHEAT ON YOUR WIFE. You should trust her if you know her to be trustworthy, and you should not sleep around until you are no longer married. It will come back to haunt your conscience in future.
If she is not willing to undergo counseling to correct (not only sex issues) but all of your communication issues, then she doesn't love you and you must move on.
Sorry about what you are going through. Being a therapist you should be able to recognize communication issues and have some friends in counseling that you could talk to for a referral to a marriage counselor.
NOT SEX COUNSELOR, but marriage counselor. Fix the emotional problems, and the communication, and the sex should be there.
