Sorry for the dicey updates, I’m on my phone over the weekend, no laptop.

So my 400ish is fine, but increase more animal and egg protein correct?
you only need to average .4g per body weight in pounds

so if you weigh 200 pounds you only need to average about 90g per day. of course a lot of meatheads will argue that because they are brainwashed but i go by science, not by broscience
