If this format works I will make this stick and update three times per week (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) if that is acceptable to you guys.
As to Fats, Olive oil, plant based fats, almonds, peanut butter, is this acceptable? I am open to any and all suggestions.
As to the cycle I am starting Monday I have read about aromatization from Test and Deca, apart from adex during the week anything else I can be looking into? Masteron I understand has some estrogenic impact but is that worth it to use now versus later say post cycle when I try to get cut a little bit for family vacation?
As to Monday and Thursdays pins I am looking at Test and Deca, is there any need to kick start the cycle with 50mg NPP with the Deca for the first four weeks or simply stick with Test and deca and roll for 16 weeks? From what I have read from you all except for a few stick with 260mg Test and 200 Deca, if that's the plan then I will stay the course and make adjustments down the road with your guidance. If you have any other concerns or suggestions please throw them my way, I have thick skin.

By week four I was clear to return to 40% of strength training and after six weeks 70%. I gradually increase weight weekly, I will not perform any heavier deadlifts until the 3 month mark.

Using Excel and I count macros using notes on the iPhone with an excel template. Will make it easier for me to update every two days.

I’m going to sound stupid so here it goes.
How will I fuel my body to develop more mass with so little carbs and protein? I had always thought to gain size I would need more starch/ carbs and at least 300grams of protein.
I can easily do what you are suggesting but wouldn’t I then begin to lose weight and use muscle for energy?

I’m not second guessing I’m just trying to understand. I usually eat 42g carbs Rice Krispies as a pre workout meal and this can fuel me for about 1.5 hours without any pre workout drinks.So would I want to stretch the remaining 60 grams carbs across all meals or split between breakfast and post workout meal to restore glycogen?

I am currently 6’2, 209 if 200 grams of protein is enough then I can give that a shot and see how it goes. The log will show all the details.

25 or 50 tabs?
Provironos 50 as DomSupply is available you suggest the dose and I’ll order it first thing, I have some Pharmacom 25mg to hold me over until it arrives which shouldn’t be very long at all.

I’ll use a pill splitter, I ordered Pharmacom today from DS.

Quick update, first test/deca dose done, 25mg Proviron taken.
I loaded half ml deca first then proceeded to load test, I ran out of the compounding test not a big deal so I grabbed a grab vial of 250 cyp and proceeded to load it up and then pinned it.
Immediately I knew something was up, and I foolishly added extra thinking I was still pulling the weaker test. I pinned and extra 35mg test. Should Thursday’s dose just be taken back down to 135mg or do I run is slightly higher for close to 300mg per week? I am okay with either, I just made a foolish mistake.

Macros and Training to follow tomorrow night.
I’m trying to get carbs a lot lower , fats higher and I’m noticing I feel hungrier after a few days. Still on the fence with protein hearing 200-400 per day from several of you.

That's nice if your follow the instruction by your medical stuff it's very important if your need a good recovery.

My opinion are to start with only 25mg of proviron, and wait minium 1 week to give a uptad about this, some people get very low estradiol on 50mg daily, so stick with 25mg and see how your react.

About the test it's not easy because all depend of your reaction, but for TRT i think 200mg / week are the max and push your test at around 1100 to 1300 if used every week, you need to calculate your ratio with the nandrolone used (if my memorie are well you planned a mix of Decanoate + Phenylpropionate)

Some people feel great with 300mg Test / week and 250 to 300mg of Nandrolone / week
Another need to have the ratio of higher test than deca (for exemple 300mg Test 200mg Deca)

If you have Pharma Grade (because you have from script) 200mg Cypionate / week + 100mg Nandrolone PP (50mg twice week) are a good spot for gain, if your diet and training are ok, see how your react and depend after 6 weeks for exemple with blood work up your dose if your not happy and if your blood work are ok.

I repeat this is just my opinion, everyone react different, but quality product and depend your goal this dose are for me a good spot.

I will have macros and weights tomorrow evening, I’m trying every two days. I am adjusting to less carbs, more fats seem to help me, protein around 200 I am starving, is a little more okay or does that negatively impact the recomp?
I can already see more definition, at the lower protein won’t I lose muscle as well?
I’ve taken Proviron in the past at 25mg but the 50mg is pretty crazy, is it normal to pop wood easy on it?

Posture is upright and I keep shoulders back to isolate my trapezius, pretty tough for me on set 4, pace slows down here.

I am settling into the eating style, I feel better with more energy, I’m doing 7-8 meals. If ratios look good I’ll stick with them or adjust as necessary.

on the diet i see the protein fats carbs how about the foods you eat?
 
Meals for me consist of whey shakes mixed with a little milk, water, egg whites and 1.5 Tbsp of avocado oil,,I add half a banana on some shakes, usually pre and post workouts.
I also add peanut butter to the shakes to mix it up.

I eat scrambled egg whites with a couple whole eggs, some cheese half a piece of toast and avocado oil mixed in.

Bowls of cottage cheese with avocado oil mixed in

Bowls of whole yogurt with strawberries and blueberries and avocado oil to get the fat up.

Chicken with vegetables, lots of steamed carrots.
Ground beef with carrots ( 1 cup carrots about 12 g carbs)
Fish with vegetables

Avocados with 3-4 chips

Some of carbs a small bit come from the milk so I have reduced that amount adding water so I can try to get as close to 100gr carbs as possible.

I feel really good eating like this, took a few days as I missed the extra glycogen in the carbs. I am less sore with the extra protein as well.

I’d love to hear suggestions of other foods or vegetables that are filling like the carrots and broccoli.

wow that is a helluva workout
My legs are destroyed, I can go full squat in another month per the doctors orders, I felt strong on the last reps but I was lactated and shaking pretty good.

Be careful with Adex it's very powerful i'm very sensitive to estrogen, i cute my EP Anastrozol 1mg in 4 parts and droped to 1 to 2 parts max / week so 0,5mg from 101 to around 23 of estradiol. SO BE CAREFUL on your dosage ;-D

So far on deca I haven’t noticed any extra sweating other than when I workout, no night sweats or anything. I’m guessing I will notice what I experienced with npp after a few weeks.
A friend gifted me several bottles of sustanon 250, he mentioned it helps with water retention. After emailing the trt doctor he said with deca I could run the test c or use sustanon, he seemed to favor that. For now I’m sticking with test c unless advised to switch. The reason for the adex was ai control, I have a few brands of adex I stocked up on but also have the prescription from the doctor which is pretty pricey.

@man05 n2guard you should split 3 caps AM with food and 4 after 12 with food, so you can balance the detox

macros look good but I can't see any food menu can you post the foods?
veggies #1 for bodybuilding is broccoli

Yes it's just the exemple of the effect of Anastrozol all depend the dose of your test and how your react it's why i recommand to start a low dose and see how your react because it's very strong.

With this type of product i have a little preference for the product from script / doctor it's more expensive but you know what do you use ;)
Of course a good UG are also great, but like i said start everytime with low dose like 2 to 3 time a week and depend the effect ajust the dose.
Right now I am only on 260mg per week of test c. My trt doc mentioned adding deca and that 200mg per week would only be the start that I could increase. I am not sure if I stick to 260mg test c and 200 mg deca or increase the test and the deca after the first month. I have plenty of test c, npp and three bottle of mast e, plenty of ancillaries.
Thoughts?

Honestly if your diet are ok Deca + Test only give awesome gain, your dont look like a baloon full of water lol and if your add NPP as kick start + proviron it's amazing.

Well ! I hope a amazing and wonderful cycle, it's rare to see a log with Test + Deca from script ... it's very interesting to my eyes.

In generally 200mg of test cypionate / week give around 1100 to 1300ng of total test and 100mg deca / week give good effect on joints / tendons / quality skin and some people have the effect on muscle building at this dose.

So you have quality gear + good dose, if your stack with good diet + training and respect the day off / sleeping you have for sure all the tools to get amazing to incredible results.

Be careful on your lipids and hematocrit at around 6/7 weeks if possible send some blood work.

I listening some good things about this lab ... it's new so surely overdosed stuff about Ultima, some friend bought the hard test vial like 500 sustanon and incredible pip with 0,5ml lol ....
So i think your safe with the proviron <3

Bilateral stability mostly, balances out my strength and it’s the athlete in me coming back out. I did Bulgarians after my squats Saturday like a finishing exercise and I can work my core while doing them.
An enjoyable exercise and tough once I am tired from squats.

I have had two of these shakes now, the egg is awesome, wow. I added some almond to one and cashew to the the second. This is seriously the best shake I have ever had. Thank you so much for that suggestion.
