Shoulders/Triceps
~ I got one of the best Shoulder Pumps ive ever had during the workout, it felt insane. I have a really hard time getting a good shoulder pump so when I do, it feels amazing. Had Zero Shoulder pain aswell. Did my 22 Sets than went home, had a nice post workout meal (Greek Yogurt with some Wheaties Protein Flakes and fresh Blueberries 🫐 60g Protein). After the meal I went straight into my 3 Hour walk. Set the Incline to max on the treadmill and had an amazing sweat.

Heres some more Yum for you guys. Another Steak Meal, I love this meal, truly. Im so glad this steak is low in calories relative to other steak because I can fully enjoy even on this cut. I split the meal in 2 for Pre & Post workout. BTW, this is Yellow rice, not fried. I don't eat Fried anything.
  • Eye of Round steak 10.6oz
  • 1 CUP Turmeric yellow Rice
  • 1 cup Veggies (sliced Carrots,Peas,green beans, corn)
  • .5 cup spinach and Kale

you never want to over train the shoulders you'll get lots of Tears
I like the variation of work outs and how you fluctuate the sets

After finishing, I went and did 3 Hour Walk on the treadmill. I get a much much better cardio workout with the treadmill at high Incline. I like to work my way up to Max incline by the time I'm done. I burn much more calories doing that aswell, according to the treadmill. Keeping the Incline low ill burn around 1k calories during the 3 hour walk. If I work up to Max Incline I'll burn around 1600 calories in the same 3 hour walk.

Hey I just wanted I ask how you're liking the Tren so far. I just started week #3 using 37.5 mg ED. Having a major body recomp going on.
So I'm taking 50mg 3x per week, 150mg total, and that was enough to Keep my strength from when I was 210lbs on my compound Lifts and I got even stronger on my isolation lifts. I've also noticed that I've been more on a recomp than a full cut. I'm pretty sure that's all from the Tren, as normally I wouldn't be gaining any muscle while cutting but it seems that I am. As far as side effects go, the only one I noticed is a tad bit of fullness and constipation but that is EASILY taken care of with a good Magnesium Supplement. My sleep was interrupted a little until I increased my cardio. That's about it for side effects, thankfully. My conclusion is, Tren has been the most transformative for me compared to any other PED. I'd like to give it a try on a Bulk one day.
 
My leg Workout for the day. I lowered the volume to give my legs a little more room for recovery from all the cardio, but it seems that 14-15 sets was still enough to get a massive pump. BTW, I had No idea how much hidden fat my legs had. Must be the cardio that has been SHREDDING it up but I'm noticing serious cuts and striations in my quads. It's not as Bulky as it was, but it looks way way more defined. Would love to start seeing veins there their.

Yes it's a game changer that's for sure. So little goes a long ways. My strength just keeps going up in a linear fashion since
March. I figured it would slow down after my bulk but it just keeps going up. I think I should increase my cardio if it helps sleep. That is the one thing I suffer from. I did buy some DSIP to try tonight.

It is forsure one hell of a substance and I can't imagine how a bulk on it would be. Btw I'm curious to know how that DSIP works for you. I take a Sleep Aid Complex from Nutricost that seems to help as it does have a handful of decent ingredients in it, but I never had a chance to see someone give DSIP a try so I'm very curious. I know if I were to go higher on the Tren dose, I'd need more help with sleep that's forsure.

What do you yawl think about adding Winny back into my cycle for this last 2 weeks of the cut, is it worth it? I have some left over, I was thinking adding 50mg ED until the end of the cycle. Would it help or is 2 weeks not long enough for Winny to take full effect?
@bubbanader sure 2 weeks wont do much but you can drag it to 3 weeks lower dose

Yes please don't slow down log while in health phase. It's even more critical in that timeframe as you want to retain as much muscle as possible. Don't want to see you get lazy and go backwards.

I'll definitely make sure to keep you guys updated on the ending and Health phase of the Cycle. Forsure Gotta keep that muscle we trained so hard for, I agree. Only gonna slow down on the similar Food pics and Similar Training days.

I'm proud of what I got from this cycle, and very thankful for the community. I started the Bulk at 210lbs and now I'm 179lbs. Just want to thank everyone that I could not reply back too. Only thing I was gonna slow down on was posting similar Training days and the similar meals because they are very identical to what I've been posting already. Anyway, i can keep posting them. Changed the Steak this time around. Went for Beef Chuck Pot Roast. Very different than the Eye of Round steak cuts I usually get. These have much more Fat in them so I can't eat as much. And they have to be prepared very differently than what I know so it's a learning process for me. The Rice and Veggies of course, easy and delicious as always.

Will be slowing down on the LOG as I reach this last stretch of the cut. Nothing will change as far as what I've been Posting. Same Food, Similar Training and Cardio. I Greatly appreciate the Community Support and guidance throughout this whole Cycle. Looking forward to Posting a New Bulking LOG in a couple of months after I'm fully recovered from this cycle.

Changing gyms is one of the best things to do. Its like starting all over gain from scratch. You will see massive gains.
 
I ended up puking during this LEG day lol. Also I'm changing my Cardio routine. Instead of 3 hours after training, I'm gonna do 3 hours split throughout the day. 1 hour in the morning, 1hour afternoon & 1hour after training.

`OK Guys, Here's the situation, I'm coming up at the end of my Juice, it looks like I'll be finished with it after 1 more shot so my cycle is ending 5 days early on the 19th instead of 24th. I must have miss calculated or something.
`Anyway, Tomorrow will be my last dose of the cycle. I'm gonna explain my plan and If you see anything I'm missing, please let me know. I want to make sure to end the cycle properly with no Estrogen/Gyno issues at all considering I am very prone to Estrogen & gyno. I been taking Aromasin and Caber as needed during the cycle, am I good to stop those with everything else aslong as I continue with Test? Here's my plan;
`Tomorrow, I'll take my last dose of Tren, Masteron,Test. I'll Continue the TEST at the same dose (125mg 3x per week) while everything else clears out the body after about a week or 2. After that I'll bring the TEST dose down to 250mg/Week and will cruise on that for a couple months, continuing to train hard just like normal. I'll slowly bring up my calories to maintenance from around 1800 calories to 2500.
`Question.....SHOULD I take anymore Aromasin or am I OK to stop that along everything else? If there anything else you think I could do, I'm all ears.
`Btw ill post the updated picture of myself tomorrow.

@bubbanader i would stay on aromasin and cabergoline and slowly pyramid the dose down so no spikes

Thanks bother. I had fun doing the log and I would do A TRT LOG but I'll save it for when I'm back for the winter Bulk. I'll be back very soon with a Big Bulking LOG. Very soon. Very excited for it. I want my body to recover fully as I plan to go pretty hard for the Bulk. I'm gonna get my blood lab back to normal levels during this TRT cruise and will be back around October to start the Bulk.
