~ I got one of the best Shoulder Pumps ive ever had during the workout, it felt insane. I have a really hard time getting a good shoulder pump so when I do, it feels amazing. Had Zero Shoulder pain aswell. Did my 22 Sets than went home, had a nice post workout meal (Greek Yogurt with some Wheaties Protein Flakes and fresh Blueberries 60g Protein). After the meal I went straight into my 3 Hour walk. Set the Incline to max on the treadmill and had an amazing sweat.
