Hey Brothers of EF!

this is my carry over log from Evo

Im the tender age of 46 going to be 47 this year

This is my transformation log carry over. Much love @Raptor Labs for sponsoring me and allowing me to carry on my transformation process

I started my journey last year at the end of August just walking the streets i weighed in at a whooping 155kgs.
Because of my weight and a genetic disease i had to lose the weight or die slowly of liver failure or heart attack. I choose to live for my kids and my mrs had enough of the lazy bs lifestyle.

Ill share what i can hopefully this will help any old big dudes like myself chose to live healthier. If i can do it so can you! Love yourself

Hey Brothers i haven't been feeling the best lately due to virus from my kids im still going gym doing the best i can. I was surprised how much strength i had when i did chest yesterday. And today i rested the upper body and did cardio get my heart pumping to beat this flue off
