Be careful, hitting those shoulders, too much on inclines, or overhead lifting.

It's very easy to tear a shoulder.

Im the tender age of 46 going to be 47 this year

This is my transformation log carry over. Much love @Raptor Labs for sponsoring me and allowing me to carry on my transformation process

I started my journey last year at the end of August just walking the streets i weighed in at a whooping 155kgs.
Because of my weight and a genetic disease i had to lose the weight or die slowly of liver failure or heart attack. I choose to live for my kids and my mrs had enough of the lazy bs lifestyle.

Ill share what i can hopefully this will help any old big dudes like myself chose to live healthier. If i can do it so can you! Love yourself
