Hey everyone I'm a bodybuilder from Aus logging my next cycle sponsored by Sassy's Pharmaceuticals

Will be running his hgh, var, test and primo

Will be bulking for the first half and cutting at the end

Training split is:
Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Legs/Abs
Chest/Calves

Just some photos of my starting point, I haven’t been following a proper training plan for the past couple of months but I’m keen to get a more detailed plan started and update you all on progress. I will add the training plan and diet in more depth in future posts.

Will get some full body shots uploaded soon.

but don't be scared about switching things up if things get stale
 
I recommend changing up training splits every year
don't do the same one over and over

Yeah I’ve had it since I was a teenager, did a course of accutane and it cleared my face and chest but the back has always been an issue… any advice on what could help? I would like to clear it as much as I can
 
I recommend changing up training splits every year
don't do the same one over and over
Yeah I agree, I’m wanting to work on a few weak points so I’ve put together abit of a plan to bring those areas up but yeah I will switch out certain exercise’s every now and then to keep it interesting

Thanks man! Yeah the goal is to gain a fair amount of size over the next couple of months and cut down for a show. I will update the training also
 
Last nights session was time restricted so didn’t get the full volume however I made do with the time, I work my way up to a top set aiming for ten reps close to failure or if I fail at rep 8-9 I count that as the top set and only track my top set weights.

Incline smith bench press- 90kg x11
Plate loaded chest press- 130kg x 9
Pin loaded fly- 65kg x 15 dropset to 50x10
Dumbbell side raise 20kg x10
Front raises barbell 35kg x 10

Short workout but kept a good intensity, followed by 30 mins on the stationary bike

@MrThommy good intensity and day training but add some 15-20 rep sets there
 
I like these workouts they are simple into the point

Diet plan:

Meal 1- 6 eggs, 250g Jasmine rice, add sauerkraut, handful of spinach

Meal 2- 2 scoops Wpi, Banana

Meal 3- 300g Chicken breast, 250g Jasmine rice, mixed veg

Meal 5-
Post workout 2 scoops Wpi
Shortly after, 400g Kangaroo, 150g pasta,
Greens shake

Rice cakes, 8 pieces with 40g of PB- 4 sandwiches

I snack on fruit throughout the day sometimes dates, blueberries or an apple.
 
Diet plan:

@MrThommy meal prep is nice, and progression is clean bro :) you going to get real good results stacking this meal plan with your cycle
meals are #1 and prepping is #1 smartly done

but those rice cakes, with pb maybe replace peanut butter sandwiches with some protein bars imo

Thanks man, yeah I like to have something convenient as my last meal (snack) so that could be something I could interchange
 
Daily supps and vitamins,
-Greens powder twice daily depending on how many vegetables I get in during the day
- Multi vitamin daily
- Ahwagandha
- Fish oil
- Creatine
- Electrolytes first thing in the morning
- Non-stim pre workout with black coffee pre-training


As it's winter now I will be picking up some vitamin d to supplement with.

Any recommendations on what should be added or taken away?

if it helps you hydrate then go with the powders as long as it doesn't disturb your stomach

Yes I do agree with you there. Cheap is like $30 bucks US so it’s not that cheap but cheaper then when it’s full price.
