- Incline Bb bench 135lbs up 10lbs 3x10 up in reps
- Machine neutral chest press 100lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Incline DB flies palms forward 25lbs up 5lbs 3x15
- Push ups 3x22 up in reps
- Arnold press 35lbs up 5lbs 3x8
- Alternating DB front raises 30lbs up 5lbs 4x15
