  • High wide grip hammer row 130lbs up 10lbs 4x20
  • Cable rope face pulls 80lbs up 10lbs 3x15
Superset
  • Behind the head pull downs 85lbs up 15lbs 3x15
  • Reverse pec dec 60lbs up 5lbs 4x15
  • Lateral machine raises 55lbs up 5lbs 4x15
  • Cable upright rows 90lbs up 10lbs 4x15
Superset
  • EZ bar tricep push downs 90lbs up 10lbs 4x20
  • Skullcrushers 70lbs up 10lbs 3x15
