1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla whey
Stevia
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Top with gram crackers
No sugar added canned peaches

I’ll post updated pics tomorrow. Today is my off day from the gym. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow morning. My waist is definitely trimming down. Within a week I’ve lost some fat off my waist line.
