Arms
- Cable incline bench bicep curl 20lbs up 5lbs 4x15
- Seated DB tricep extension 20lbs 4x12
- DB Spider Curls(short head) 20lbs 4x15
- Close grip bench press smith machine (long head) 50lbs 4x13
- Isolated db preacher curls (long head) 5lbs 3x20
- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 13lbs 3x16
30 mins incline walking increased incline. The taurine is helping.
I feel like I’m starting to retain water. Going to weigh myself tomorrow.
