I need ideas on what types of foods, as an aspiring body builder, that I should be eating. Right now I am 6ft, 165lb, 13%bf. I train every part of my body twice a week. MON- chest/tri, Tues-back/bi, Weds - shoulders/legs. Thurs, fri, sat repeat. And sunday fore arms and serratus. I also throw in cardio 4-5 days a week of no less than 45 mins. My goal is to get absolutely shredded. I went to this modeling thing and they said I had to lose 5lbs (was 170 at the time). I lost the weight, but i still am not shredded. I need ideas on what and when I should be eating, and if I should change my program. Current diet basically consist of grilled chicken, tuna, boca burgers ( 1g fat, 9g carb, 20g protein), myoplex carb sens, oat meal, salads, ...... i need some more ideas on what I should be eating. And can i get some feedback on my routine. Thanks

Thats funny how they say lose 5 lbs. I guess they dont care what your body comp is or what you look like, just as long as you are under a certain weight. Fucktards.

Anyway, if you want to look ripped quick, I'd say go on a CKD, (atkins diet pretty much, except for a one day a week carb up.) as the elimination of carbs from the diet will allow you to drop a lot of water and making you look leaner.

I also think the 5 lbs you lost was probably a good % of muscle, judgin on your workout habits. You're most likely working everything way too much with way too much intensity, and not enough food intake to maintain or repair the muscle you break down.

Do yourself a favor and read Mr.X's stickies at the top of the forum, and go over to Massmonsters.com and register there so you can read his articles on the CKD diets.

Yeah, run a ckd, it will also pull some of the water out of your face, thus further chiselling your features. You should throw some lifting in there to build at least a little muscle. YOu have very little LBM at this point and it will be more difficult for you to burn cal's that it would be for someone with a trace of muscularity
