Soo my goals before I started this cycle my goals were simple... I wanted to add a little muscle wile leaning up more than I already had been.. I started off the cycle very lean to begin with...
To be honest I am more than satisfied and extremely happy with the results.. I got exactly what I was looking for.. I purposely did not want to throw on a lot of mass at all bc I still wanted to keep that "natural" look which I love.. Before I give some specifics of my results I wanna throw out a complement I received from one of my old gym buddy who I haven't seen in 5 weeks and after taking my shirt off for him, he goes"you look much better than you ever have. Much slimmer face, your neck shows , and you look like yu have a swimmer body"
That is exactly what I was looking for , a nice lean body , with decent amount of muscle , that still looks natural..
Specific results...
Strength went up slightly , nothing drastic , but I 100% noticed it...
Got much more vieney from the bottwm of my forearms right up to my shoulders.. I look like I did on winny( vien wise, not muscular wise. However, I personally like this look better)
My abs are deff significantly better than before. No change I diet , I eat very clean year round and aim for a min of 200gs of protien daily but that is the min. I don't do abs ever but I do tons of lifts that incorporate engaging abdominal walls and for me that is enough. I don't do cardio either , naturally I am very lean so there's no need cuz I burn to much muscle!
Okay let me know what you guys think!
Only sides effects I noticed was a tiny bit of increase in ance. But it has been minimized with washing face with witch jazzel and some other pads .8
Also I use Zania when I get out of the shower and before bed an that works well..
