MY Progress... from fat to...um.. less fat.

Well, It has been about 2 months on the ~SC~ program... so here it goes. Granted the light in the June pics make me look like a pussy... cat, thus the facial disguise. In picture one I weighed around 223.

The second photo from earlier today (8-23) was actually a bloated picture..lol. I have been weighing in at a bone dry 210-213 in the AM, and this photo I am 218 lbs. Not a bad change considering there is only a 5 pound difference in weight.

My lower abs are faded due to Mc Donald's breakfast foods, but you get the idea... Swole's program has worked for me and I have at least 6-8 weeks left.

u have 6-8 weeks left :( i say that kuz my abs look like yours in the 2nd pic (im way lighter though :( ) and im about ready to forget my diet and add on the size in about 10 days. perfect timing kuz im going to a chili cook off and im gonna try like 20 different ones, so there goes my diet right there.

Yeah... my traps do look more pronounced in the second photo... but I think it was the pose and the better lighting that brings them out. Either that... or I lost a few pounds of neck fat.

LOL.. I will take that as a complement... I used to weigh 240 and I was strong as hell, but uncomfortable in my own skin. I was sick of hearing people say... "if you leaned out you'd look awesome... or you should get cut up.." I finally decided to do it to see what is under that layer of insulation. I plan on taking a shit load of pics... shutting a bunch of people up that said I could never get lean and then bulk back up and hit my Squats and Deads, Bent Rows and Bench like a madman.... and try to come in 10-15 pounds heavier next year... maybe do a Show in November of next year.
 
You look good.... but you forgot to mention one thing, and that is that all your muscle is functional strength muscle that you built using very heavy weights. Your back looks phenomenal, erectors are sticking out.... you did your share of deadlifts and shrugs. Did you use a lot of strength on this?

Rev... you are right my routine has always been verys simple and fairly heavy:

Back: Deads, Bent Rows, Weighted Pull-ups

Chest: Bench, DB Decline Bench, Incline

Bi: Hammer Curl, Straightbar Curl

Tri: Dips, Closegrip, 2 arm DB ext.

Legs: Squats, Frontsquat, SL Deads

Shoulders: Military, DB Press, Side Laterals, Hang Cleans

I am now starting to throw in little extras like one arm rows to the hip to work rhomboids, and chest flyes from various angles with a big stretch to really stretch the fascia. The bottom line is that simple and heavy builds muscle.

Next time you see a trainer at the gym putting a new client on an instability disk having them do curls... please bitchslap them for me.

Now, just do my 7 days to leanness program as outlined in my Swolebrary@ my site, and you'll be ripped like mad!

I threw in some "fake" Rsoc primo at 400mg a week for the last 5 weeks... so no... I am not 100% clean. Just finished up with it. Whether it helped me significantly I seriously doubt it, but I am sure it helped a little bit. For what it is worth I quit the ECA's after week 3 and used no clen T-3 or any of that shit. Alcar and Green Tea worked well enough.

I was on his cutting program... I cut down from 240 at Christmas to the first pic on 6-26 by myself... then swole stepped in and hardened me up... I wish I would have contacted him back in December... I am sure I would have held a lot more mass using his diet than my own.

I still have a few more weeks to go... the final pics will appear by the end of September and then I go on Swole's bulking program.

SwoledUp2 you'll love. If the current feedback is any indicator, this is going to be very popular, especially since "bulking" season is coming up!

I took these today... but the lighting was so bad today ( A rainy day in AZ) that I scrapped it after a couple shots...These were the only ones that looked OK, but my legs were completely shrouded in dark shadows... oh well... the real and final pics are coming on the 19th or 20th.

Thanks Swole.. I cannot wait until I can hit SwoledUP2... I have a feeling I am going to grow like a weed after doing SGX... Being able to relax the cardio and be in anabolic mode all day will be a nice change!
 
As if anyone cares... I had my bodyfat tested todayusing the 7 skinfold method. I reached my goal. I was tested at 7.3%. Not bad for a perpetually plumper...lol.

I am taking final photos tomorrow, probably won't have time to post them until I come back from vacation... God I can't wait to start bulking again... but this time I am not going over 11%.
 
With SUP2, you won't have to go over 11% bruh!

Just check in, keep an eye on things as we did on Sgx, and you're golden!
