YOU NEED TO LOSE A LOT OF WATER YOU COULD HAVE COME INTO THAT SHOW A LOT HARDER BRO. NOT A PUT DOWN JUST MY OPINION. HOW OLD ARE YOU? AND WAS THIS OPEN OR NOVICE? HOW WELL DID YOU PLACE?

Widelat, I totally agree. I know I could have been a lot harder. I was a lightweight (154lbs) at the show. I waited a bit too long to drop carbs low.....my diet was 300gP/300gC/fat from P up until only 2.5 weeks out, then I dropped C to 150/dy.....I should have done that at 5 or 6 wks out, I would have been way harder, especially the legs.

I'm 31, 5'4", this was my 2nd show, placed 1st in lightweight (open show, Canada: a provincial show).

Definitely come to the training forum, we need a few more guys that actually have something to show for their theories, not just something they read in a book once. I would love your input on the isolating upper chest thread.
