you look pretty good bro, id concentrate on adding some more thickness (assuming you like what i like) and hopefully stay as cut as you are. good work so far bro, keep us updated on cycles and gains.

nice definition on the tri's and quads. i'm with trail on adding some thickness. but its all what you like. not bad though

Thanks guys.

I am currently running fina/winny. Have done winny only, and a couple other very small cycles. I wouldn't really even call'em cycles.

Stats:
206 (up a bit :))
6'0"
12-13% (not sure anymore, what do you guess?)
17" arms
34" waist

Thats about all I know as of now, but am planning on taking all measurments this week if I can get to it.

your body fat doesen't look that bad , and considering that your doing a fina/winny cycle it is only gonna get lower , which brings me to my question ,

Where is the test !!!

Do some more bulking cycles....
at six foot you need to be 260 then do the fina winny...

Impressed with the legs though......

Had to try inj. fina out. I'm loving it!

Gonna do a test/dbol/?? (don't know what else yet) cycle starting six weeks after this one. Can't wait for the mass.

yea I'm with ya on the loveing the fina thing , I'm on day 4 of
150mg/ed , gonna back it down to 75 tomorrow.

you know what ? our body and our measures looks pretty much the same :) , but I think I am a lil bit bigger than you and you are a lil bit leaner than me ( well at least on the chest and abs ) ...


I am on week 2 of my cycle right now ( winny + eq + GH )

right now I am like this :

213 lbs at 6"1
BF - 11-13 %

waist - 35 "
arms - flexing - 17.5 "
flexing when working out - 18 "


I will post my pics when I am on week 4 , then week 8 :)

curious, why not test or d-bol or something. you're well on your way dude, not trying to be a dick. but seems to me you could use alot more bulking before you try to cut up too much. just a thought. keep it up man!

The things is I am comin from being very fat. 30% @ 240lbs about two years ago. So I wanna be 10% then go bulking happy. Just what I'd prefer to do.

I got a few bottles of the vitastan dbol ;) for the bulking phase and bulkin phases to come. I'm gonna order some test, not sure which ester or brand yet. I'll probably end up going with what is economical (omna or some brovel or tornell stuff). I wanna add something else to the mix but not sure what yet (maybe EQ). I don't want to add anything that has an affinity to the progesterone receptor (deca, fina, whatever) or that will fuck up the hair line with proscar/finasteride as I'm noticing considerable hair loss on the fina/winny right now.

Any more ideas or comments/criticism guys?

The only criticism I have is your back sort of lacks thickness. You ever do bent over rows/deads?

alot of guys get asked why arn't you bulking , and the truth is that not everybody wants to be a huge monster ,, they just want to be lean and look fit.

I think that most test is gonna run about the same

65$ for 2000 mg enth.
85$ for 2500 mg Sus.

I personaly think that Sus is a little more cost effective.

My back routine lately has been:

wide grip pull-ups 4-5 sets till failure each set.

bent over rows 5sets 15,12,10,8,8

t-bar rows same as bentover

lat pull downs same again

misc exercise (either cable rows, dumbell rows, chinups, whatever)

lower back extensions 5 sets till failure each set.

Never mind........I forgot that is USD.

I think the next cycle will look something like.................

wk 1-8 test 750mg
wk 1-8 eq 600mg
wk 1-5 dbol 50mg ed

maybe throw in some primo after the dbol is done at 300mg/wk but we'll see.
