nimrod, find someone to help with a soild base now. the gains you get will keep well into UR 20's.
Looking good (5'6 180). Thick delt chest arm. The pose is rather bad (sorry), you should try a front shot.
I'll guess at yUR hight/weight there are some sizable quads. However, how thick is the waist. That twsiting shot is what must guys use to hide waist.

Maybe in time Lee Priest will be looking over his shoulders.
