
EF log update: Thursday- rest day

Elite Fit Fam, happy Thursday and I hope all my brothers here are having productive weeks so far, and killing there diets and sessions!

Thursday is my second rest day in my weekly block, both rest days are currently placed before my leg days as this is a major focus for me and coach right now.

Steps still remain at 10k on rest day. My calories are slightly reduced by 600, mainly from carbohydrates.

Rest day adherence same as training days with zero divination to the game plan, but I do my best to unwind a tad and also get up for next days killer session.
