MY old stats and how i've improved ALOT(i think)

Weight-165

deadlift-300


Now in July 2002 about 9 months later
weight 200 HELL YEA
pause 315
squat 335(this one really sucks for some reason)
deadlift I pulled 425 in march that was without a suit just a belt so I'm thinkin with my suit now I can pull round 525(NO BULLSHIT)

Hey guys help me on getting my squat up I know the worst thing is LACK of equip but I mean damn I've heard of a 100lb diff in squat and deadlift not close to 200lbs though that's normally the diff in bench to dead or squat.
 
You are doing quite well. Some people have a deadlift that is significantly higher than their squat, like myself, for example.

Describe the problems you are having, and what you are doing to correct them.
 
Those are some really good improvements, nice numbers. What days do you train your DL, squat, and bench.......I mean how many days apart?
 
Good job Cubanito, is that paused bench raw or shirted up? Just curious to see if your young ass has caught up with me since Ive been injured lol.

Arioch I don't know I have a strong low back I know that much for the weight i'm pushing today for a PR(i'm really proud of I went balls to the wall) and I got SLDL 355lbs when 3 weeks ago it was 295lbs. What can I say i'm built for deads. UMMM what else is there I don't have a rev hyper or glute ham raise or nethin like that so I can do barbell lunges for 3X8 with 135(i'm thinking weak hammies), my calves are REALLY strong so I know it's not that.

solidj let me know if I caught up to u but I don't own a shirt,...yet..., so that max was RAW with wrist straps thats all.

YOUR DOING GOOD, KEEP IT UP BRO.
 
You can improvise reverse hypers and ham-glute raises pretty easily. While you do not always get the full effect, somthing is better than nothing.

Do your hips come up first when you squat, knees turn in, etc. More specific details of your squat would help. So would a video.

Arioch I'm not sure I understand what u mean by the hip thing, sorry, about the knees they point straight out and my squat stance is about 26 inches apart or so sorry I don't have a dig cam at the moment I REALLY do wanna get one but either way I'm computer illiterate too so it won't help much either way.
