Basically the name of the game is to do SOMETHING in the gym every day.
1 do an 8 day split. The original was 4 workouts, one every other day, regardless of day of the week;
Bench Squat Arms Back(deads)
Squat is like an AR w/o for the back and DL is like an AR workout for the legs.
Now on my so-called "off" days I will at the very least stretch all my sore muscles and do some AR work on them. I might also shoot some hoops, play some squash, and maybe do a few reps I missed the day before or try hitting a body part that is kind of behind or being neglected. Nothing too crazy, just something to get the blood flowing and do what I want to do.
I do all this at the gym where I work at lunch. So there is no doubt that is what I'll be doing every lunch. Glad I got that straightened out.
